Maybe compile a bucket list of what places to avoid
A list that's almost the same as a bucket list of unmissable attractions
Why not go zorbing in one of those giant inflatable transparent plastic balls

Change can be a scary thing 
Breathe your way through it 
Or get new glasses because the outside world can become quite blurry
